At Print Baaz, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Since we deal in personalized products, please read our policies carefully.

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Production Time: Every order is custom-made for you. It takes 1-2 business days to design and print your products.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your order will reach you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location across India.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, a Tracking ID will be sent to you via Email/SMS so you can monitor your package in real-time.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customized Items: Because personalized products (Photo Covers, Mugs, Wallets, etc.) are uniquely made for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or order the wrong model/size.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We offer a free replacement if the product arrives damaged or if there is a printing error on our part.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for a damaged item, you must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Without a clear video, we will not be able to process a claim.

  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via our official support email or WhatsApp.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged/defective product.

  • Refund Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Card, or Bank) within 5-7 business days.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Once the order moves into the printing phase, cancellations are no longer possible.

नमस्ते! Print Baaz पर भरोसा करने के लिए आपका शुक्रिया। हम जानते हैं कि आपकी यादें और आपकी पसंद आपके लिए कितनी खास हैं, इसलिए हम आपके हर ऑर्डर को पूरी सावधानी और प्यार से तैयार करते हैं।

हमारी नीतियों को सरल शब्दों में यहाँ समझाया गया है:

1. डिलीवरी की जानकारी (Shipping Policy)

  • तैयारी का समय: चूंकि हम हर चीज़ सिर्फ आपके लिए कस्टमाइज़ करते हैं, इसलिए आपके ऑर्डर को डिजाइन और प्रिंट करने में हमें 1-2 वर्किंग डेज का समय लगता है।

  • आप तक पहुँचना: डिस्पैच होने के बाद, भारत में आपके स्थान के आधार पर आपका पार्सल 3 से 7 दिनों में आपके पास पहुँच जाएगा।

  • ट्रैकिंग: जैसे ही आपका प्यारा सा पैकेट यहाँ से निकलेगा, हम आपको एक Tracking ID भेज देंगे ताकि आप देख सकें कि वह कहाँ तक पहुँचा है।

2. रिटर्न और एक्सचेंज (Return & Exchange)

  • कस्टमाइज्ड प्रोडक्ट्स: क्योंकि ये प्रोडक्ट्स (जैसे आपकी फोटो वाले कवर या मग) खास आपके लिए बनाए गए हैं, इन्हें हम किसी और को नहीं बेच सकते। इसलिए, हम इन पर रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज नहीं ले पाते, जब तक कि प्रोडक्ट में कोई खराबी न हो।

  • अगर डैमेज मिले (हमे बहुत दुख होगा!): अगर आपको टूटा हुआ या गलत प्रोडक्ट मिलता है, तो चिंता न करें। हम उसे मुफ्त में बदल (Replace) देंगे।

  • अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो (ज़रूरी है): हमारी एक छोटी सी विनती है—जब आप पैकेट खोलें, तो उसका एक छोटा सा वीडियो बना लें। यह हमें कूरियर कंपनी से बात करने और आपकी तुरंत मदद करने में मदद करता है।

  • समय सीमा: कृपया किसी भी समस्या की जानकारी हमें डिलीवरी के 48 घंटों के भीतर दें।

3. रिफंड की जानकारी (Refund Policy)

  • रिफंड कब मिलता है: यदि किसी तकनीकी वजह से हम आपको बदला हुआ (Replacement) प्रोडक्ट नहीं दे पाते, तब हम आपका पूरा पैसा वापस कर देते हैं।

  • समय: रिफंड अप्रूव होने के बाद 5-7 दिनों में आपके बैंक अकाउंट या UPI में वापस आ जाएगा।

  • ऑर्डर कैंसिल करना: आप अपना मन बदलने के लिए 1 घंटे का समय ले सकते हैं। एक बार जब हम प्रिंटिंग मशीन शुरू कर देते हैं, तो ऑर्डर कैंसिल करना संभव नहीं होता।
